To Canada- UPS Standard, you will receive a confirmation email with date
Anywhere else: USPS Priority Mail International, average 6-10 days
Orders outside of the U.S.- At this time our orders are shipped out of our U.S. warehouse, please be advised that you MAY be subject to a customs charge upon delivery. This is out of our hands and up to a random choosing of someone at the border. Customs can also affect delivery times.
Simple: If it's not right, send it back and we'll exchange it for you!
The fine print:
Don't take too long: Your return postage date must be within 15 days domestic or 30 days international of the day you made your order with Heart Attack.
Send it back nice: We accept clothing back in it's original condition. You can try it on of course! But don't wear it out on the town, and/or wash it. If it has signs of use beyond fitting, we reserve the right to credit you for less than the original price. Products must be in the original condition you received them.
Tell us about it: Using the "contact" section above, give us the tracking number and tell us what you want to exchange it for. Please include your name and contact info. When we get your package we'll send you a paypal invoice for shipping and away it goes, from our offices to your arms!
Fyi: We don't do refunds, just exchanges.
